Students - AMA School of Medicine
At AMA School of Medicine, our goal is to cultivate the next generation of highly competent medical practitioners. To achieve this, we have designed an innovative and cutting-edge curriculum that emphasizes self-directed and lifelong learning. Our hybrid curriculum combines the best of both worlds, seamlessly integrating basic science concepts and real-life case-based scenarios to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of the medical field.

We use a unique problem-based learning approach to vertically integrate clinical disciplines, allowing students to develop critical thinking, problem-solving, and clinical reasoning skills. Our curriculum leverages the latest in information technology to provide students with a dynamic, interactive learning experience that is both engaging and effective. This technological edge is one of the strengths of our parent company, providing students with the tools they need to succeed in today's fast-paced medical environment.

AMA School of Medicine equips the students with clinical reasoning, problem-solving and critical thinking skills with emphasis on interdisciplinary and life-long learning.

At AMASOM, we aim to produce exceptional medical practitioners who are equipped with the skills and knowledge to excel in their careers. Our innovative curriculum, rooted in case-based learning, prepares self-directed and lifelong learners.

Our program integrates technology, offering students access to the latest tools and resources. The four-year curriculum balances in-depth knowledge of basic sciences with hands-on clinical experience, leading to a comprehensive understanding of medical practice.

From day one, students are challenged with real-world cases to apply their knowledge. Our organ-based modules and problem-based learning approach build on each other, leading to a solid foundation of both basic and clinical sciences. By the fourth year, students are ready to apply their knowledge in real-world settings.

Our curriculum also includes important considerations in ethics, legal aspects, epidemiology, health research, and professional practices. Evaluation is key, providing students with feedback and opportunities to demonstrate progress through exams, clinical observations, and participation in tutorials and case discussions.

With a diverse faculty of experts, AMASOM is dedicated to providing a dynamic and well-rounded education to prepare our students for success in the ever-evolving field of medicine.
